How much is shipping?
Free on every order to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. There is no minimum.
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery is 3–5 business days after the order ships. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.
Fit and products
How do I know which case fits my iPhone?
Open Settings, then General, then About, and read the Model Name. Choose that exact model on the product page. Our model guide lists every model we carry.
Will a case for the Pro fit the Pro Max?
No. Each case is made for one model. The Pro, Pro Max and standard models are different sizes and have different camera layouts.
Which iPhone models do you make cases for?
iPhone 16, 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max; iPhone 17, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max; and iPhone 18, 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max. Every design is offered for all nine.
Are the products new?
Yes. Everything we sell is new and ships in its retail packaging.
Returns
What if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange, and return shipping is free. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
We inspect returns within 2 business days of receiving them and refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
My case arrived damaged. What now?
Email support@benmos.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, and we pay the shipping.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted, and we never see or store your full card number.
Do you charge sales tax?
Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout before you pay.
